With his artistic and customer service background, Garrett Warren brings a uniquely colorful approach to real estate. He’s also very sensible; he understands that investing in a home is investing in oneself, and it’s his responsibility to handle it practically and conscientiously.
Originally from Lompoc, California, Garrett moved to Los Angeles in 2010 to pursue his music dreams and fine-tune his service industry skills. He tended bar with some of the most distinguished professionals, such as Roy Choi, while working for some of the finest wine and food establishments throughout the city. With the coronavirus’s impact on the restaurant and music industries, Garrett decided that helping people achieve the American dream of homeownership was a perfect vocation for his talents and to inspire hope in uncertain times.
Garrett’s previous experiences taught him the importance of delivery. He believes that real estate deserves its own grandeur, with a process that runs as smoothly as a Michelin-starred restaurant but the adrenaline rush of a rock performance. He loves helping all clients, but he feels a certain celebratory excitement assisting first-time buyers.
Garrett still enjoys music and writing songs, singing, and playing guitar to share with family and friends. His biggest inspiration is his fiancée, whom he’ll marry in December 2021 on the beautiful beaches of Mexico. Garrett gives back to his community as a passionate volunteer for Hope of the Valley Rescue Mission, which helps the city’s homeless population with food, clothing, and shelter.
